These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and the kyato1 platform. By visiting the kyato1 website, opening an account, or playing any games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Agreement.

Service Description

kyato1 provides online betting services in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) 24/7, including football Live Betting, Live Casino, and slots. These services are accessible through the kyato1 website.

Changes to Services

kyato1 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify services without prior notice. If a service interruption occurs, kyato1 will work to restore it as quickly as possible.

Eligibility to Open an Account

• Players must be 21+.
• Players must be residents of Myanmar who are playing on their own behalf.
• Each person may open only one personal account. kyato1 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts.
• Personal information provided must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be closed.

Account Security

Players must keep their account login details confidential. kyato1 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact kyato1 support immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

kyato1 reserves the right to verify a player's identity before processing a withdrawal. If the requested personal information or a copy of an ID document cannot be provided, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 5,000 Ks. Accepted deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay.

Minimum withdrawal amount and processing time

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time (standard): within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawal time may vary depending on kyato1's verification process and payment network conditions

Withdrawal restrictions

kyato1 reserves the right to decline or suspend withdrawals in the following situations:

• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• If KYC verification is incomplete
• If incorrect payment details have been provided
• If game glitch exploitation or money laundering activity is suspected

First Deposit Bonus

kyato1 gives a bonus of 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks.

The bonus wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 10 — meaning you must wager the bonus 10 times before you can withdraw any bonus winnings.

Bonus usage restrictions

• The bonus can only be claimed once per deposit
• Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn
• kyato1 may cancel the bonus if bonus abuse is detected
• Each promotion may have its own additional terms and conditions

Prohibited behaviour

Players are not permitted to do any of the following:

• Intentionally exploiting game glitches or technical bugs
• Using any method (bot, script, or automation software) to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes
• Abusing bonuses individually or in coordination with others (bonus abuse / collusion)
• Using deposit and withdrawal patterns associated with money laundering
• Providing false personal information

Consequences for violations

kyato1 reserves the right to immediately close the account of any player who violates the above rules and forfeit any remaining balance. Where a legal violation is involved, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

kyato1 has 4 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Progression from one level to the next depends on a player's betting activity, and kyato1 provides a cashback rate matching each level:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is paid in the form of bonus funds and carries associated wagering requirements. kyato1 reserves the right to change VIP level criteria and cashback rates without prior notice.

Anyone who joins kyato1's referral program receives a bonus of 5% of their referred friend's first deposit amount (up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per friend). In addition, they earn a weekly commission of 0.3% of that referred friend's qualifying wagers.

If the referral program is abused through illegitimate means (self-referral, opening multiple accounts from the same IP or device), referral bonuses may be cancelled and related accounts may be closed.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

• Issues caused by incorrect payment information submitted by the player
